What we collect
When you join the Traqd waitlist, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- How you heard about us
- Basic analytics data (page views, signup events)
Cookies and tracking
We use a session cookie (traqd_sid) to understand how visitors interact with our site. This cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and contains a random identifier only.
We do not store your IP address. For analytics purposes, we store a one-way cryptographic hash that cannot be reversed to identify you. We track page views, traffic sources, and whether you are a new or returning visitor.
We also use PostHog for product analytics, which may set its own cookies. You can opt out by using your browser's Do Not Track setting.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Manage your position on the waitlist
- Send you updates about Traqd and your waitlist status
- Improve our product and marketing
Security
We follow industry best practices to protect your data. Your information is stored securely with Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and enterprise-grade security. All connections use TLS encryption in transit.
Third parties
We use the following services to operate the waitlist: Supabase (database), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing support@traqd.io. We will delete your data within 30 days.
